I found Cloverleaf Suites to be a decent option for my stay, especially given its location near the Riverbanks Zoo. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the decor is quite dated and the kitchen supplies were lacking. which was disappointing. Overall, it's a good place for budget-conscious travelers, though some updates would enhance the experience.

Rooms
6.0
My room was an apartment-style unit, which was spacious but showed signs of age. The kitchen lacked sufficient utensils, and I was surprised to find only one dinner plate. The cleanliness was commendable, but the furnishings really required an upgrade.
Service
7.0
The staff at Cloverleaf Suites were very friendly and welcoming. I appreciated their flexibility with check-in and check-out times. However, there was one interaction with the desk clerk that felt unprofessional.
Location

The location was excellent for my trip, being very close to the Riverbanks Zoo and central Columbia. It was convenient and relatively quiet, making it easy to explore the area. I really liked having the option of outdoor spaces.
Dining

Breakfast was quite basic, just cereal and oatmeal, but it was fair for the price. I didn't have any meals at the hotel beyond breakfast, but it was fine for a quick start to my day.
Facilities
6.0
The overall facilities were decent. There was a small pool and outdoor spaces available for relaxation. However, I noticed a lack of elevators, which might be a problem for those with mobility issues.

My stay at Cloverleaf Suites was a rollercoaster of experiences. On one hand, my room was spacious and comfortable, making it a decent base for our family adventure. However, the location felt a bit sketchy, and I noticed some maintenance issues that needed addressing. I can't say I'd rush back, but it wasn't all bad.

The condition of the rooms was disappointing, with cleanliness concerns that should not be overlooked. 😟

I recently stayed at Cloverleaf Suites in Columbia, SC, and the experience was quite mixed. While the manager and staff were friendly and the location was great for visiting the nearby Riverbanks Zoo, the accommodations left much to be desired. My room wasn't very clean, and I encountered some issues with a lack of fresh amenities. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a good value for my money.

The location was excellent, as it was close to the Riverbanks Zoo and in a well-lit area. I felt safe walking around at night, which is always a plus.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast options were limited to DIY waffles, cereal, and pastries, which was a tad disappointing. It would have been nice to have more variety or fresher choices available.
Facilities
5.0
The overall facilities were adequate, but the rooms could use an upgrade, especially in terms of decor and cleanliness.
